Delivering project management services to support upgrades to the campus and facilities at St Leonard’s College, East Brighton Campus
Delivered in two stages, the first involved the delivery of the Merton Building, a dedicated senior school teaching building featuring a university style lecture theatre, 11 break out learning spaces, nine collaborative study nooks, a year 12 community common area, a custom-built examination space and a new senior school cafeteria.
Stage two, the ‘Leonardian Building’, is a world-class preforming arts theatre designed to seat an audience of 600 and includes an orchestra lift and sound shell. The Leonardian Building also includes a dedicated system engineering classrooms. Linking each building is an open-air Agora space complete with a stage for performances and an outdoor digital screen.
